Welcome to Bucknell University Mudsharks Ultimate!
The Mudsharks are Bucknell University’s premier Men’s & Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Club, known for competitive drive, high spirit, and tight-knit team culture. As an active presence on campus, we welcome athletic students across all class years who are ready to learn the game and play at a high level.
We proudly compete in USA Ultimate’s College Division III (USAU), balancing a fall structural preseason with a highly competitive spring tournament series. From local regional matches to multi-day invitational events across the Northeast, our goal is pushing deep into the USAU series toward D-III Nationals.

Practices & Training
The Mudsharks hit the grass 2 to 3 times per week, holding structured practices on the campus intramural and athletic fields. Practices emphasize aerobic conditioning, dynamic vertical disc-tracking, technical flick/backhand mechanics, zone defense strategy, and full field scrimmage simulations. No prior ultimate experience is required to join!
